We just received some very discouraging news.
Jay suffered two small seizures during the night and today they performed a cat scan and EEG on his brain. The tests show that Jay is experiencing swelling and bleeding in his brain. The doctors are consulting with a neurologist, but it is unlikely that they can treat this because of the inability of his blood to clot due to the infection.
At this point, his situation is grim and we are asking for prayers for a miracle as that it what it will take.
